Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 26, 2026

Baptist.FM (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website and internet radio broadcasting platform located at baptist.fm (the “Platform”).

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our broadcasters, churches, ministries, and listeners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit or use our Platform, including any interactions with our tracking tools, payment gateways, and donation systems.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

01. Information We Collect

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our service to you.

Personal Data: While using our Platform (specifically when signing up, logging in, making payments, or contacting us), we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including:

  • Name and contact data (email address, phone number)
  • Organization or church name
  • Account credentials (username and password)
  • Billing details and donation records

Usage and Tracking Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Platform and hold certain information.

This includes tracking via tools like Google Analytics, which logs your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Platform that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and unique device identifiers.

Audio and Broadcast Data: For broadcaster accounts, we process and host the audio data, stream schedules, and related ministry media that you choose to transmit through the dashboard.

02. Payment and Donation Processing

We collect personal data related to your transactions on the Platform, including platform fees, subscription payments, or charitable donations.

Third-Party Processors: We do not store or collect your payment card details directly. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment gateways, Stripe and PayPal, whose use of your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policies.

Transaction Data: Stripe and PayPal provide us with basic, non-sensitive transaction history records. This includes the payer’s name, donation/payment amount, timestamp, and contact information for accounting, tax receipting, and verification purposes.

03. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and monitor the performance of our beta broadcasting services
  • To manage your broadcaster dashboard account and weekly streaming schedules
  • To process payments, handle subscription billing, and track ministry donations via Stripe and PayPal
  • To process your inquiries, contact requests, and partnership applications
  • To gather analysis or valuable feedback through tracking tools like Google Analytics so that we can improve our early-stage platform
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or violations of our Terms and Conditions (such as hate speech or underage accounts)

04. Sharing and Disclosure of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose your information under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies (such as cloud hosting, streaming infrastructure, tracking analytics, and payment processing services) to facilitate our platform, perform service-related tasks, or assist us in analyzing how our platform is used.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
  • Platform Protection: We may disclose information when necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding violations of our policies, suspected fraud, or potential threats to the safety of any person.

05. Data Security

The security of your data is highly important to us. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Because this is an early beta release platform, features and security protections are still evolving.

06. Children’s Privacy

Our Platform is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can take steps to remove that information from our servers immediately.

07. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
