THE POWER OF
CHRISTIAN RADIO.
One message can reach beyond the walls of a church. One broadcast can encourage a family, strengthen someone’s faith, and bring the Word of God to listeners wherever they may be.
ABOUT BAPTIST.FM
Baptist.FM is a Christian internet radio broadcasting initiative focused on helping churches and ministries share their messages through the power of live audio.
For generations, radio has been one of the most influential communication tools available to Christian ministries. It has carried sermons, Gospel music, prayers, Bible teaching, and words of encouragement into homes and communities.
Today, internet radio provides new opportunities to continue that tradition. Churches no longer need to depend solely on traditional broadcast frequencies to share their programming. Through online streaming, ministries can make live audio available to people using compatible phones, computers, and internet-connected devices.
The church building is a gathering place, but the message of the Gospel can travel much farther. Baptist.FM is built around that opportunity.
WHY SHOULD YOUR CHURCH LIVE STREAM?
Live streaming allows churches to share services and messages with people who cannot physically attend. Members who are traveling, elderly, homebound, working, or living in another community can remain connected through online broadcasts.
Unlike video, audio broadcasting gives listeners the freedom to engage with Christian programming while performing other activities. A person may listen while driving, preparing meals, working, exercising, or relaxing.
REACH PEOPLE WHERE THEY ARE
A church’s message should not be limited by the number of seats inside its sanctuary. Live radio can make sermons, worship, prayer, and teaching accessible to a much wider audience, subject to internet connectivity and awareness of the broadcast.
WIDER REACH
Make broadcasts accessible beyond the local congregation.
AUDIO CONVENIENCE
Listeners can enjoy Christian programming without watching a screen.
LIVE CONNECTION
Share important moments with members and supporters in real time.
MINISTRY CONTINUITY
Maintain a connection with members who cannot attend in person.
WHY LIVE STREAM WITH BAPTIST.FM?
Baptist.FM is being developed with Christian broadcasting in mind. Its purpose is to provide a dedicated environment for churches and ministries interested in live audio broadcasting.
Rather than requiring every ministry to create its own streaming infrastructure, a shared broadcasting platform can simplify the technical foundation needed to bring Christian programming online.
BROADCASTING CONTROL
The Baptist.FM radio management system is designed around broadcaster accounts, audio streaming settings, and weekly broadcast schedules. These tools help broadcasters organize when their programs are intended to air.
COMPATIBLE BROADCASTING TOOLS
Broadcasters can use compatible software such as OBS Studio to send audio to a configured streaming server. The stream can then be made available to listeners through a supported web audio player.
BUILT FOR CHRISTIAN CONTENT
Baptist.FM is focused on Christian radio programming, including worship services, sermons, Bible study, Christian music, interviews, prayer programs, and ministry announcements.
Baptist.FM is designed to help ministries participate in Christian internet radio without making video production a requirement.
THE POWER OF CHRISTIAN RADIO
Christian radio has a unique ability to accompany people throughout their everyday lives. A broadcast may be heard in a living room, workplace, automobile, hospital room, or anywhere a listener has a suitable internet connection.
Radio also creates a personal experience. Through the spoken word, music, and prayer, broadcasters can communicate directly to listeners in a way that encourages reflection, understanding, and spiritual growth.
MORE THAN ENTERTAINMENT
Christian broadcasting can provide encouragement during difficult seasons, spiritual teaching for those seeking knowledge, and opportunities for people to discover ministries they may not otherwise encounter.
The power of Christian radio is not measured only by audience size. Even a single meaningful message reaching someone at the right moment can make broadcasting worthwhile.
BENEFITS FOR CHURCHES AND MINISTRIES
Live Christian radio can become an extension of a church’s existing ministry. It does not replace in-person fellowship, but it can create an additional way to serve the congregation and reach the community.
SUNDAY WORSHIP
Share live worship services with members listening remotely.
BIBLE STUDY
Broadcast teaching sessions and educational programs.
PRAYER PROGRAMS
Bring listeners together through scheduled prayer and encouragement.
GOSPEL MUSIC
Share authorized Christian music and worship content.
Churches can also use scheduled programming to establish predictable listening opportunities, helping members know when a particular service or program is expected to air.
THE FUTURE OF CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING
As internet connectivity continues to shape how people consume media, Christian organizations have opportunities to communicate through digital radio and online audio platforms.
Baptist.FM represents a vision for making Christian audio broadcasting more accessible to ministries that want to share their messages online.
Whether a church broadcasts once a week or develops a regular schedule of Christian programming, the goal remains the same: to share meaningful content, build connections, and extend the reach of ministry.
Technology changes, but the purpose of Christian ministry remains rooted in sharing faith, teaching, hope, and encouragement.
